1. Remove the insole after each use to improve internal ventilation
2. To clean shoes, allow mud and dirt to dry and then remove them using a soft, non-abrasive shoe brush
3. For stubborn stains and persistent dirt, clean gently with warm water (around 30°)
4. Treat your shoes regularly with products that waterproof, protect and renew the leather
5. Store your shoes in a dry place and fill them with newspaper to help them keep their shape
6. Always use a shoehorn to avoid damaging the heel, thus compromising aesthetics and comfort.
Do not use any type of non-Lomer certified soap or detergent
Dry your shoes by keeping them away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators, fireplaces, etc
It is important to never wash your shoes in the washing machine to avoid damaging the materials
Before reaching your feet, our footwear undergoes rigorous quality controls.
We have confidence in the quality of materials and workmanship, so we offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental or improper use damage. If you have a problem, bring it to your Lomer retailer along with your receipt and they will help you find the solution.
