Right of withdrawal and return
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return goods, if unused, by sending a withdrawal request to the e-mail address onlinestore@lomer.it indicating your order number, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items.
After sending a confirmation email, we will collect the goods, which must be intact, in the original box, and with the original tags attached.
We will undertake to process your request for a full refund of the price paid within 15 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase, with a deduction of EUR 10.00 for the cost of collecting the goods.
NB: you will not be entitled to a refund if the returned product is not intact, is damaged, or has been used, as per our Terms and Conditions of sale. In such cases we will return the product to you and you will be liable for shipping costs.

Returning defective items
If your product is faulty, please email us at onlinestore@lomer.it within two months of discovering the defect. Include your order number, details of the problem, and if possible, also a photo or photos. We will send a courier to pick up the product, which must be adequately cleaned. We will then examine the defect, and then repair it or offer you a replacement. If we confirm that your product is defective, but are unable to replace it, we reserve the right to give you a full refund, using the same payment method as the one originally used to purchase them.
Exchanging your order for a different size
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, simply e-mail us at onlinestore@lomer.it, quoting your order number, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We will dispatch you a replacement pair in the size requested via courier, or, if the size requested is not available, we will provide you with a full refund.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
If you purchased your product from a retailer, please contact them directly – they will assist you with your query.
