Right of withdrawal and return

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the possibility to return the goods, if unused, by sending a withdrawal request to the e-mail address onlinestore@lomer.it indicating the order number, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items.

After sending a confirmation email, Lomer will collect the goods which must be intact in the original box and with the tags attached.

Lomer will undertake to process the request for a full refund of the price paid, within 15 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method at the time of purchase, deducting Euro 10.00 for the cost of collecting the goods.

NB: the customer will not be able to have a refund of the price if the returned product is not intact, damaged or used, as per the Terms and Conditions of sale. In this case the product will be returned to the customer with transport costs at his expense.
